We only collect information necessary to evaluate, build, and support your digital infrastructure:

• Client Contact Details: Name, professional email address, phone number, and company name provided via our booking console.
• Project & Technical Requirements: Current website URLs, project scope descriptions, and budget tier selections.
• Technical & Security Telemetry: Anonymized IP addresses, browser types, and hardware tokens used solely for spam prevention and server health.

3. Spam Defense & Third-Party Processing (reCAPTCHA)

To protect our lead pipelines from automated bot submissions and malicious abuse, this site implements Google invisible reCAPTCHA.

Your use of our booking console and contact forms is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA algorithms analyze hardware, interaction patterns, and device data to verify human intent.

Inquiry submissions are dispatched via secure, encrypted email pipelines to our internal triage desk for prompt response.

4. Data Retention & No-Sale Guarantee

We never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal or company information to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

Client information is retained only for the duration of our commercial relationship or as required by South African accounting and tax law. Inactive leads who do not proceed to an active build may request immediate deletion of their records at any time.

5. Your Legal Rights (POPIA / GDPR)

Under POPIA Section 23 and 24 (and GDPR Articles 15-20), you retain the right to:
